Who we are
S4E Training evolved from the work of Strategies for the Environment Inc. For 20 years, we have been developing training courses for our clients and the public. In 2021, S4E Training has been spun off as an academic institute.
Ivana Strgacic, P.Eng, M.Sc.
President
Educated, experienced, and devoted to her work, Ivana Strgacic is the founder of S4E Training Inc. She brings a wealth of experience to this position. She prides herself on her education as a Chemical Engineer with a Masters in Science in Environment and Management. Additionally, she is certified as a Lead Auditor in the Environmental, DWQMS (Drinking Water Quality Management Systems), GHG verification, Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Management System fields.
Over the past fifteen years, Ivana has helped hundreds of clients, educating them through her work as an auditor, consultant, and trainer in management systems and legal compliance issues. She has deep experience with Environmental, Health and Safety, and Quality standards, helping clients achieve certification in ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, ISO 9001, CSA Z299, COR (Certificate of Recognition) and DWQMS. She is also a regular speaker at industry conferences and workshops.
