Having a better understanding of environmental aspects and impacts and understanding ISO 14001 requirements on environmental aspects and impacts.

Participants will have a understanding of the context of an Environmental Management System, Identify the aspects and impacts and understand the clauses that are inherent with ISO 14001

Participants will receive an overview of the new requirements of ISO 14001 as they apply to Top Management.

Participants will learn how to conduct a document review and conduct audit interviews.  They will also learn what areas should be considered when auditing, how to prepare an audit plan and how to report findings.

Participants will gain a understanding of the ISO 14001 requirements, broad overview of the legal implications, able to assess your companies current approach to environmental management.
